Our Tunkhannock, PA team delivers tailored packaging and supply chain solutions to keep your business moving with confidence.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Repair Table Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)Inspect incoming pallets thoroughly to identify damages, defects, and areas requiring repair.Execute repairs on wooden pallets using a variety of hand tools (e.g., hammers, pry bars, nail guns, saws) and, potentially, machinist tools.Remove and replace damaged boards, blocks, and other pallet components efficiently and accurately.Operate pneumatic tools and other machinery safely and effectively for pallet repair.Sort, stack, and move repaired pallets according to established company standards and procedures.Repair Table Operator Qualifications:Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently and continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.Work takes place in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and established safety protocols precisely.Proficiency in using Hand Tools (e.g., hammers, nail guns, pry bars, saws).
