Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while growing and supporting existing customer accounts within the container export freight market. This hybrid role is well-suited for candidates who thrive in fast-paced sales environments, are highly responsive and relationship-driven, and enjoy operating independently while collaborating with internal logistics and documentation teams. Business Development Manager (Freight Forwarding exp req) Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business opportunities within the container export freight market
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customer accounts
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and transportation solutions with clients
• Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity
• Collaborate internally to support customer needs and issue resolution
• Maintain responsive communication and long-term relationships with customers
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales and gross profit performance goals
• Use internal systems and reporting tools to manage pipeline activity

• 3+ years sales experience in international logistics required
