Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify concerns and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize their goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other modalities tailored to meet clients’ specific needs.

• Engage clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy tools and platforms to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have difficulties attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation that complies with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, documenting client interactions and treatment progress accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally competent care while addressing their unique experiences and perspectives. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

• A genuine commitment to understanding clients’ experiences with empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental demeanor.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience in clinical mental health counseling, specifically in outpatient settings.
