Work Environment\n

This remote position allows mental health professionals to provide care from the comfort of their own homes while utilizing Telehealth platforms for client sessions. Our work environment is characterized by flexibility and innovation, ensuring that therapists can adjust their schedules as needed based on patient availability and preferences. While the core work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, our therapists enjoy the benefit of adapting their hours to better meet their clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring each intervention is suited to the client’s individual circumstances.

• Maintain up-to-date, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of privacy and ethical practice.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights to enhance clinical practices and improve patient outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Centurion, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and mood disorders to trauma-related issues. Your clinical expertise will be crucial in addressing the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to individual clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and engagement with clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in specialized interventions or with additional certifications in therapeutic methodologies will be given preference. Experience in Telehealth practices and familiarity with digital record-keeping tools will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
