Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at providing resources and building community support around common mental health concerns.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention support, effectively managing mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and access to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and local community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous client records compliant with legal, ethical, and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations in an outpatient setting, including individuals with varying socioeconomic backgrounds facing mental health and substance use issues. Our holistic approach aims to treat the whole person, considering their social, emotional, and environmental contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and a commitment to applying evidence-based treatment strategies in practice.

• Skill in conducting comprehensive assessments and confidently formulating effective treatment approaches.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth tools.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while fostering a warm therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
