The Operations Specialist role will be fundamental to the success of the business, supporting the Authenticators to ensure items are unboxed correctly for processing as well as making sure that the items are handled and packaged correctly for outbound shipment. Closed toed and closed heel shoes are required. Team members in this environment will be required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot more than 75% of the time. May push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds (or 23kg); on occasion a team-lift of up to 100 pounds (or 45kg) and may be required to bend, twist, kneel and squat regularly. This role may require you to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like on a frequent basis depending on site location. Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary is $16.50/hr plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
