Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans for clients by conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of client interactions and progress in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with fellow professionals in a multidisciplinary team to share insights and devise integrated treatment strategies that enhance client outcomes.

• Offer ongoing support and coping strategies to clients facing short-term difficulties, including stress management, work-life balance, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
