Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized therapy strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse client populations.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy—based on client assessment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and well-rounded client care, attending regular team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay abreast of clinical advancements and effective therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
