Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to determine needs and formulate treatment plans.

• Provide therapy utilizing graduate-level clinical social work techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Document assessments, treatment interventions, and ongoing progress notes accurately and timely, adhering to departmental requirements.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals in team meetings to discuss treatment approaches and share insights during patient rounds.
\n
• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring that care plans are followed and adjusted as necessary.
\n
• Behaviorally support patients and families to ensure integration of psychosocial services within broader healthcare plans, advocating for necessary resources and community services.

• Maintain ethical standards and comply with all regulations and policies related to mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and interventions, particularly in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
