Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities designed to support our clients effectively. Your key duties will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Leading dynamic group therapy sessions where you will foster an atmosphere of trust and openness. You will encourage clients to share their experiences, learn from one another, and develop mutual support networks.

• Individual Counseling: Providing one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Through empathetic dialogue, you will help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns, guiding them to formulate actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively creating individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients. These plans will be goal-oriented and reflect the personal aspirations and requirements of each client, ensuring a customized therapeutic journey.

• Progress Monitoring: Methodically assessing and tracking client progress using validated assessment tools. Your feedback and evaluations will play a critical role in refining treatment approaches and achieving successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
