Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage in therapeutic work with couples and families, providing individual sessions as needed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families to address complex issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Providing resources and coping strategies for clients experiencing stress due to job-related or medical issues.

• Managing cases involving sensitive topics such as separation, divorce, blended family dynamics, and mother/daughter conflicts.

• Documenting sessions and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with regulations and best practices.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, which includes adults as well as children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
