Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client goals, monitoring progress and making necessary updates.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other health professionals to deliver an integrated treatment approach for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and best practices.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and remain current with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role involves working with a diverse population that includes individuals experiencing substance use disorders in conjunction with mental health challenges. You will provide meaningful support to adolescents and adults who are navigating significant life changes, traumas, and relationship issues. The role also entails developing therapy strategies that emphasize relational dynamics, fostering healthier interactions among family members, couples, and within group settings.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• License: Must possess a current, active license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a mental health or clinical setting is necessary.

• Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are vital for success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in substance abuse treatment, group therapy facilitation, and working with clients in crisis can further enhance your application. Compensation and Benefits\n
