Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Northern Valley Community Health Care, you will work primarily with underserved populations. Your clients may include individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as families experiencing crisis. Clients will often come from varied backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and an understanding of the unique barriers they may encounter in accessing mental health care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.

• A strong understanding of mental health policies, legal practices, and ethical considerations governing counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and maintain productive relationships with clients.
