This role is primarily remote, offering flexibility and an excellent work/life balance. However, therapists are also expected to deliver in-person services at our newly designed outpatient office in Miami, Florida, whenever necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role within our clinical team by:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients, both individually and in couples or family settings.
\n
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and difficulties in communication.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that may include family dynamics discussions, coping strategies, and skills training for various life adjustments including separation and divorce.
\n
• Continuing to document patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring effective and responsive care.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic treatment tailored to our clients' needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, focusing on both adults and children/adolescents facing a multitude of challenges. From blended family dynamics to the emotional complexities surrounding job-related stress or medical issues, our therapists are equipped to address a variety of mental health concerns, allowing for a holistic therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
