Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Menders Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Providing individual, couple, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions tailored to the client’s needs.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to facilitate shared learning and support among clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Providing crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary to support clients in acute distress.

Your work will focus on a diverse population and encompass individuals confronting a wide range of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
