Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs, concerns, and goals, using evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to the unique therapeutic needs of each client, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Facilitate regular interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care and optimal support for clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.

Your clientele will predominantly include individuals dealing with commonly faced psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as interpersonal and familial conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
