Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Frontline of Hope, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify the needs and challenges faced by clients.

• Creating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other interdisciplinary team members, ensuring that strategies are tailored to promote their unique goals.

• Leading therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to support emotional and psychological health.

• Providing timely crisis intervention and management to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring that appropriate measures are in place for their safety and well-being.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mental health to ensure that your therapeutic practices are informed by the best available evidence.

• Engaging in regular consultations and collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that prioritizes client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for the ideal candidate:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in California.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of experienced practice in mental health assessment, care coordination, or therapy.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technologies that facilitate virtual client interactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Strong empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

• Comprehensive understanding of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n
