This is a full-time remote position that allows for flexible working hours, aimed at balancing the professional and personal needs of our therapists. While most services are conducted virtually, there may be instances requiring home visits or direct consultation in our outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and formulate mental health diagnoses, ensuring that documentation adheres to best practices and regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, addiction, domestic violence, and behavioral health difficulties.

• Utilize appropriate therapeutic modalities during short-term counseling sessions to promote client engagement and progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and triage assistance as needed, including assessment, de-escalation techniques, and coordination with the public mental health crisis response team.

• Assist clients in receiving short-term case management services, ensuring their access to various treatment resources and support systems.

• Engage in regular follow-up assessments and collaborate on prevention planning to navigate any crises effectively and ensure continuous support.

• Work alongside other treatment team members to foster an integrated approach to client care by sharing insights and coordinating interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in one or more areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
