You will work primarily from home but will have access to our outpatient office as needed for meetings, case consultations, and collaborative team discussions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities to address diverse mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring all documentation is timely and thorough.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through regular case consultations to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.

• Facilitate educational workshops and one-on-one sessions to equip patients and their families with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health research and clinical practices, regularly updating methodologies to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic primarily includes children, adolescents, and their families. You will work with clients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, providing compassionate support and intervention strategies aimed at fostering positive outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• In-depth knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to create effective, personalized solutions for clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address patient needs and clinical challenges effectively.
