This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. However, our outpatient office in Austin, Texas serves as a collaborative hub, where our clinical team regularly engages in strategy and case consultations. You will have structured working hours from Monday to Friday, typically between 9 AM and 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs using evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address specific issues presented by clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance treatment effectiveness and implement care strategies.

• Participate in peer consultation and review meetings to improve treatment quality, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them to understand and actively participate in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
