Vous intégrez une structure reconnue sur son secteur et prenez en charge l’organisation quotidienne de l’atelier tout en conservant une forte présence opérationnelle sur le terrain. Vous évoluez dans un environnement technique stimulant, avec un parc machines varié et une activité mêlant atelier, dépannage et relation client. Vos missions : Organiser et piloter l’activité quotidienne de l’atelier Encadrer et accompagner un technicien dans ses interventions Participer activement aux opérations de maintenance et de dépannage sur les matériels TP Assurer le suivi administratif de l’atelier (ordres de réparation, suivi interventions, planning, etc.) Gérer la relation client et assurer le suivi des demandes techniques Planifier et coordonner les dépannages sur chantier Veiller à la qualité des prestations réalisées et au respect des délais Garantir le respect des règles de sécurité et le bon fonctionnement de l’atelier Conditions proposées : CDI – Horaires de journée Rémunération comprise entre 36 000 € et 40 000 € brut annuel selon profil et expérience hors primes Structure stable avec environnement de travail dynamique Profil recherché Formation en maintenance TP, agricole, PL ou équivalent Expérience confirmée en mécanique TP ou environnement technique similaire Capacité à encadrer une petite équipe tout en restant opérationnel Bon niveau en mécanique, hydraulique et diagnostic Organisation, autonomie et bon relationnel client #J-18808-Ljbffr Vingt Six
