Regional Client Manager, Employee Benefits
StanCorp Financial Group, Inc
The Standard is seeking a Regional Client Manager on the Employee Benefits team. You will support Employer Groups of 100 to 499 lives with LOA, FMLA, STD, LTD, Life, and voluntary/state products, building long-term relationships and guiding benefit solutions. You will manage cases, renewals, and strategic plan improvements while coordinating with Sales Representatives, Brokers, and stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in employee benefits or related roles, a Life/Disability license #J-18808-Ljbffr StanCorp Financial Group, Inc
