Family Law Paralegal

About the Role Our client, a leading family law practice , is seeking a skilled and organized Family Law Paralegal to join their growing legal team. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting complex family law cases, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding client service. This is a highly visible position with direct client interaction, so strong communication skills and empathy are essential. You will be a critical team member handling everything from drafting and reviewing documents to assisting attorneys with trial preparation. Salary & Schedule Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 per year | Non-Exempt Base pay range : $75,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5 Qualifications & Skills Proven ability to draft complex financial documents and legal pleadings. Knowledge of e-filing systems and trial preparation processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to remain empathetic in sensitive client situations. Key Responsibilities Draft detailed and complex financial statements , complaints, discovery requests and responses, and subpoenas. Support motion practice , including e-filing, trial preparation, and case management. Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Maintain clear communication with clients, providing empathetic and professional support. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all legal documentation.
