Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health challenges.

• Employ various therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting techniques based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to form multidisciplinary teams, ensuring holistic care for clients through shared insights and case discussions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, contributing to the overall integrity of our service provision.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Many of our clients have historically had limited access to mental health resources, making your role critical in bridging that gap. Your expertise will allow you to provide culturally competent care, adapting your approach to meet the needs of each unique individual and their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices is a must.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
