This freelance opportunity is designed for an experienced Czech voice professional who wants to contribute directly to the development of next-generation AI voice technology.
You will use your expertise in pronunciation, tone, pacing, emotion, and linguistic nuance to help improve the quality and naturalness of AI-generated speech.
The role combines professional voice performance with speech evaluation, annotation, and AI training activities.
You will record scripted Czech content, assess generated voice outputs, identify linguistic or performance issues, and provide detailed feedback.
Your work will help shape more expressive and authentic voice models for applications spanning education, entertainment, accessibility, and other use cases.
The position offers flexibility within a freelance environment and the opportunity to collaborate with teams working on advanced AI technologies.

Accountabilities

• Record scripted materials in Czech while maintaining clear pronunciation, natural delivery, appropriate pacing, and expressive vocal performance.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech samples for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, pronunciation, tone, pacing, emotional expression, and regional variation.
• Identify and annotate errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated voice outputs.
• Provide expert feedback that can improve Czech-language voice models and overall speech quality.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methodologies, voice design guidelines, and training approaches.
• Apply professional voice acting expertise to help establish high-quality standards for Czech speech generation.
• Assess variations in speech and regional characteristics to support more authentic and natural AI voice experiences.
• Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality recordings and evaluations while meeting project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in Czech voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work .
• Native-level or highly proficient Czech language skills with strong command of pronunciation, intonation, pacing, and natural spoken expression.
• Excellent ability to recognize and articulate subtle differences in speech quality, linguistic accuracy, and vocal performance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, specific, and constructive feedback.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency when recording and evaluating speech samples.
• Experience with training, coaching, linguistic annotation, speech evaluation, or AI-related projects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a freelance environment.
• Access to a high-quality recording setup , including a reliable microphone and a quiet, suitable recording environment.
• Secure computer and stable internet connection required.
• Comfortable learning and working with AI-based tools and workflows.
• Availability to work as a contractor on project-based assignments.
