Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team! You will take ownership of the all the Accounting, Operations and Admin processes. Fun culture, great staff & great work/life balance..apply today!
Salary: Up to $100K
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions and verify vendor bills
- Post bills into the system, track expenses and process expense reports,
- Assist with check runs
- Prepare bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries
- Assist with month-end closings
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Assist with year-end tax returns preparations including 1099 filings.
- Maintain vendor files; correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Administrative tasks (phone, data entry, plan company events, etc)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in excel and QuickBooks
- 4+ years experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping role
