Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and families, creating tailored treatment plans that suit individual needs.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions to address personal and relational challenges.
\n
• Providing expert guidance on a range of issues including, but not limited to: alcohol abuse, conflict resolution between family members, grief and loss, job stress, and adjustment to divorce or separation.

• Implementing goal-oriented interventions that promote effective communication and healthy relationship dynamics.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of patient interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges, from family conflicts and blended family dynamics to recovery from trauma or substance abuse. Your work will not only focus on resolving individual issues but will also aim to strengthen family bonds through integrated therapy approaches.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence, with a passion for patient care.

Preferred Experience\n
