Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and community resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals, continually assessing progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions and safety planning for clients who present with immediate risks to their safety or mental health stability.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a community of healing among clients.
