Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify the needs of patients and establish rapport.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, communication therapy, and psychoeducation.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and overall effectiveness in line with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with families and individuals facing various challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we are specifically looking for a professional who is skilled in addressing the unique dynamics and cultural considerations that come with marriage and family counseling. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of Maryland.
