Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift/8am - 4:30pm
Pay: Base = $18/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Provides all visitors with a warm, inviting greeting
- Ensures that all visitor agreements and supporting paperwork and protocols are followed
- Administrative support to all departments, as well as project assignments on as needed basis
- Research, compile data to support assigned projects, or reports.
- Orders all office supplies and paper from staples etc.
- Main point of contact for conference room reservations, group dinners, company meetings, etc.
- Ensure compliance with corporate/plant safety standards and with applicable regulatory requirements
What You’ll Need
- 2 or more years of Administrative/Receptionist experience - Ideally within safety or production
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, to support business operations and communication
- Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work
