Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, collecting relevant history and creating individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ needs, promoting healing and personal development.
• Collaboratively set and track therapeutic goals with clients, ensuring continued engagement and measurable progress in their treatment journey.
• Provide teletherapy solutions to accommodate clients who may have mobility restrictions or prefer virtual sessions for convenience.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and any significant developments in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills, staying current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, requiring an empathetic approach and customized interventions to facilitate their healing process. Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' backgrounds and experiences.

• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record management.
