Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with a caseload of assigned clients—children and adolescents—who are experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring all interventions are age-appropriate and tailored to individual needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address presenting problems, using therapeutic techniques to empower clients and foster resilience.

• Lead crisis intervention initiatives when necessary, ensuring the safety and support of clients in emergencies.

• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to create integrated care plans, facilitating communication among clients, families, and service providers.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW licensure in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
