Work Environment

This position will be primarily onsite in the patient's home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish comprehensive treatment plans that align with their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in the home setting, using tailored procedures and techniques that promote healing and improved functionality.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients and their families, providing education and training on care plans and exercises to promote self-management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Vitalics, you will work with diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine clients. Your role will involve treating individuals with varying conditions, from postoperative recovery to chronic pain management, ensuring each patient receives the tailored support they need to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Proficient in using computer systems for documentation and scheduling, as well as familiar with telehealth platforms when applicable.
