This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver high-quality mental health care from the comfort of your own home. You will work flexible hours during standard business operations, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the presence and severity of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning interventions with their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients’ issues.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care strategies to promote well-being.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
\n
• Stay informed about developments in mood disorder treatment through continuing education and professional development.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in team activities, such as case consultations and professional development workshops, to enhance personal and team competencies.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mental health issues within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with various mood disorders, which can significantly affect their daily lives. Many clients seek our services at different stages of their mental health journey, requiring tailored approaches based on their individual histories, backgrounds, and cultural perspectives. You will work collaboratively with a diverse clientele, developing strategies that honor their unique experiences while fostering personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent in the state of Washington.

• Experience and expertise in evidence-based therapies, particularly CBT and DBT, and a strong understanding of psychopharmacology.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and experiences.

• A proven track record of successful treatment outcomes with clients facing mood disorders will be highly regarded.

• Experience providing remote therapy services and familiarity with telehealth platforms are beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
