Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous video sessions offering evidence-based therapy to adults facing various emotional disorders, including but not limited to anxiety and depression.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers and other therapists to create comprehensive and integrative treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Utilize self-assessment tools and progress tracking metrics to evaluate client outcomes and adjust treatment interventions accordingly, ensuring that care is always aligned with each client’s goals.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation through a user-friendly therapist portal that integrates digital tools designed for efficient and accurate record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be skilled at working with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent LCSW license in the state of New York; additional state licensure is considered a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional mental health support, with a focus on culturally responsive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 per year, determined by your caseload and professional experience.
