Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Engage clients in regular follow-up sessions to monitor progress, provide support, and equip them with practical tools and coping strategies to manage their mental health effectively.

• Make referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients with complex mental health conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve supporting a wide array of client needs, including those facing challenges related to substance use, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, necessitating cultural competence and a nuanced understanding of various mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Georgia.
\n
• At least four years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• A solid grounding in mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
