Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client mental health status, employing diagnostic tools and methods to inform treatment planning.

• Tailor and implement individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and preferences, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, while maintaining a culturally responsive approach to therapy.

• Encourage and equip clients with coping strategies, stress management techniques, and self-care practices that empower them on their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and support for clients.

• Participate in continuous clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at Adorable Healing Behavioral Health come from diverse backgrounds and may present with a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, addiction problems, and eating disorders. We prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment where all clients can express themselves openly, regardless of their cultural or socio-economic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of four years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, with a proven ability to effectively address a range of mental health disorders.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and their application in clinical settings.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
