Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and create tailored therapeutic plans. \n
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support and shared healing among participants. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, discuss treatment progress, and strategize interventions that benefit client outcomes. \n
- Regularly participate in professional development and training, enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge to best serve the needs of your clients. \n
The clients we serve come from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and present a variety of mental health concerns. You will work with children, adolescents, and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other behavioral health challenges. Your ability to provide bilingual services (Spanish and English) will be invaluable in ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Active, unrestricted LMFT license in Pennsylvania. \n
- Strong bilingual skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively through written, oral, and non-verbal channels. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, working with a diverse clientele. \n
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and respect for the individual needs of families. \n
- Ability to use electronic health record (EHR) systems and tools, including Microsoft Office. \n

- Specialized training in CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR therapies. \n
- Experience in working with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+ individuals, those experiencing grief and loss, or perinatal mental health issues. \n
- Previous roles that involved engaging in community outreach or providing in-network services to insurance panels. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, plus a sign-in bonus.
