Catering Manager

The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated catering manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in New York, NY. As a catering manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of foodservice professionals and ensure the success of a variety of catered events in a Corporate Dining setting. This is a Monday - Friday opportunity in a boutique law firm. Our ideal candidate has worked in a similar capacity prior. What you’ll be doing: Training and supervising servers and cooks. Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages. Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Addressing client and guest needs and concerns. What we're looking for: Must-haves: At least three years’ experience in foodservice and/or hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Nice-to-haves: At least one year’s experience in a supervisory or management role.
