Accounts Payable Specialist - Boston, MA / Hybrid Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day accounts payable operations. This role will focus on invoice processing, vendor management, payment administration, and maintaining accurate financial records within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports Maintain accounts payable records and supporting documentation Assist with payment processing and vendor inquiries Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on ongoing projects Qualifications Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments required NetSuite experience required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
