Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs and capabilities of patients, creating personalized treatment plans aimed at improving their mental health and overall functioning.

• Deliver expert individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, adjusting your approach based on the specific clinical requirements of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with the psychiatry team and other healthcare professionals to design and implement comprehensive treatment programs that address the multifaceted needs of patients.

• Monitor and assess ongoing biopsychosocial factors impacting patient health, regularly updating treatment plans to reflect changes in the client's condition.

• Provide case management support and therapy for your assigned patients, actively contributing to interprofessional discussions regarding patient care strategies.

In this role, you will primarily serve senior citizens residing in a community setting, ensuring that their psychological and emotional needs are met. Preferred Experience\n

• A Medicare provider number is preferred but not a strict requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
