Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field. \n Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in New York State. \n Proven experience providing therapy within various settings, focusing on individuals, couples, and families. \n Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies. \n Excellent communication skills, embodying empathy, active listening, and motivational interviewing techniques. \n Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices. \n Familiarity with diverse populations and cultural competence in therapy practices. \n Specialization in specific therapeutic approaches (e.g., trauma-informed care, child and adolescent therapy). \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
