Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Evaluate clients’ needs, issues, and goals to formulate and implement appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions focused on a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication and resolving conflicts, equipping couples with necessary coping strategies.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans to reflect clients’ progress, ensuring responsiveness to their changing needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of each client interaction, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Remain available for crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in mental health therapy, ensuring best practices are implemented in your sessions.

• Maintain ethical standards and compliance with legal guidelines throughout all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will revolve around a wide array of clients, from adolescents facing the pressures of school and social life to adults navigating the complexities of relationships, careers, and mental health challenges. Couples may seek assistance to enhance their relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. Our therapists adapt their approaches to best serve the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy through the State Board is required.

• Demonstrated capability in providing individual and/or couples therapy with a focus on client-centered practice.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of one year of relevant experience in mental health counseling is preferred. Experience with teletherapy is an advantage, as proficiency in virtual communication tools enhances the therapy experience for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
