• Start Date: Flexible, based on candidate availability
• End Date: Permanent position
• Shift: Self-scheduling, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts
• Hours per Week: Part-time or full-time options (based on preference and availability)
• Employment Type: W2/hospital-employed or 1099 option available
• License/Certifications: Board Certified CRNA (Ohio license required)
• Experience: Welcoming new graduates and experienced providers

Pay & Benefits:

• 1099 Service Agreement:
  • Hourly Rate: $190-$200/hr (includes stipend for regional blocks and pediatrics)
  • Total Compensation (full-time): $325,000 - $345,000/year
• Hospital-Employed:
  • Base Salary: $238,000 - $260,000 (based on experience)
  • Additional stipends: OB, pediatrics, regional blocks ($5k each)
  • Sign-on bonus: $20,000 (student loan support over 5 years)
  • Paid holidays, vacation (8 weeks/320 hours), CME, retirement, and insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision, life, malpractice)
  • Overtime & On-call rates: $200/hr or $250/night at Findlay & Bluffton hospitals

What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases including ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecologic surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, and pediatrics
• Self-schedule and select shifts that best fit your availability
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and healthcare professionals
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and care
• Keep up skills by practicing across multiple locations and specialties
• Participate in an equitable call schedule within a caring team environment
• Mentor or be mentored, fostering professional development

What You Need:

• Current certification as a CRNA (Board Certified) and Ohio license
• Ability to practice independently in a hospital setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Both new grads and experienced providers are encouraged to apply
