Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure, confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, using cutting-edge telehealth technology.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population that may include individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Our clients reach out for support with a range of issues, such as marital difficulties, familial conflicts, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, seeking your guidance to navigate their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington, or eligibility to provide remote services within this jurisdiction.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing therapeutic services, specifically within the marriage and family therapy domain.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective remote interactions with diverse client populations.

• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
