Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in direct therapy with clients, providing individualized and group sessions aimed at addressing their mental health needs. Timely documentation of therapy sessions and treatment progress is essential and must meet agency and licensing standards.

• Contribute to program development by assisting with unit programming efforts, including training for new methodologies and therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain effective communication with treatment teams, attending all necessary meetings and conferences to facilitate comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to treatment plans and provide consultation regarding client progress and therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
