About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA on a hybrid schedule (combining in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility). In this high-impact role, you will drive top-of-funnel lead generation, conduct compelling product demos, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle to close deals. What You’ll Do Drive Sales Pipeline: Prospect, qualify inbound/outbound leads, conduct live product demonstrations, and manage deals from initial outreach through closing. Execute Targeted Campaigns: Create compelling sales collateral and build targeted marketing campaigns across email, phone, and events to build brand awareness. CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM, track performance metrics, and optimize conversion tactics based on performance data. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and customer enablement teams to align messaging, share customer feedback, and enhance onboarding. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, track AI/SaaS industry trends, and gather client feedback to help refine strategic growth initiatives. What We’re Looking For Sales & Prospecting Expertise: Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales (SaaS, B2B, or AI technology experience is a major plus). Work Location: Ability to work a hybrid schedule based out of our Los Angeles, CA office and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment. Communication & Presentation: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to clearly articulate complex tech value propositions. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build trust, consult effectively with key decision-makers, and deliver high client satisfaction. Analytical Mindset: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing analytics tools.
