Familiarizado con la Misión, Visión y Declaraciones de Valores del Centro Médico. Responsabilidades Notifica al supervisor sobre las admisiones que no cumplen con la política financiera del hospital. Mantiene registros precisos (es decir, Censo, Ambulatorio). Participa en programas educativos y reuniones internas. Se capacitará en tantas divisiones dentro del Acceso al Paciente como sea posible (excepción: Programación Central). Responde llamadas telefónicas utilizando los estándares adecuados de etiqueta telefónica.
