Administrative Office Clerk

We are currently seeking a Part-Time or Full-time Administrative Clerk to join our growing team. What We Offer 401(k) with matching plan In-house training opportunities Career growth and advancement Off on Sundays Responsibilities Hours: (Can negotiate if need be) Saturdays (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Monday - Thursday 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) using dealership software Accurately calculate bills, make change, and issue receipts End of day reconciliation Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with professionalism, referring issues when necessary Requirements Previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Lorensen Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
