Job Summary: Support daily operations of facilities management in a hospital environment. Assist with maintenance programs utilities and building operations to ensure safe and compliant facility performance. Responsibilities: Support daily operations of maintenance and facilities teams Monitor maintenance programs and work flow Support budgeting and energy management programs Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards Assist with construction and renovation projects Provide leadership training and support to staff Maintain strong client and partner relationships Monitor performance and support staff evaluations Qualifications: Bachelor degree preferred 2 to 5 years management experience in healthcare or facilities Experience with regulatory compliance required Knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred: CHFM certification Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 annually $3K Yearly AD Bonus Potential $10K Sign-On Bonus!
